Welcome to my website. My work as a therapist is focused on assisting people through life transitions and changes such as anxiety, depression, betrayal, traumatic events, addictions, and loss. I am a psychotherapist and counseling psychologist. I have been in private practice in Fair Oaks, California, since l992, and I have experience working with adults in both an individual and/or couples setting, and adolescents and children in an individual and/or family setting; as well, I have experience working with clients across the spectrum of mental disorders.

In my work, I integrate elements of humanistic, existential, and transformational systemic theory, along with elements of psychodynamics. The integration of the psychotherapeutic process can be described as “tuning one's ear to listen to one's inner voice.” When we hear that voice, our world becomes still and calm.
