Welcome to my website. My work is focused on assisting people through life transitions and changes such as anxiety, depression, betrayal, traumatic events, addictions, and loss. I am a psychotherapist and counseling psychologist. I have been in private practice in Fair Oaks, California since l992 working with individual adults, adolescents, and couples, across the spectrum of mental disorders.
In my work I integrate elements of humanistic, existential, and transformational systemic theory, along with some psychodynamic elements. The integration of the psychotherapeutic process can be described as guiding our ear to listen to our inner voice. When we hear that voice, our world can become still and calm.
